Mexico Team Update:
1. Your final payments are due June 1. If you need to know your
balance due, call or email Mrs. Kamps.

2. June 8 will be a Mexico team training/preparation time during Epic
Cafe. We will practice the songs and verses. The teams should be
finishing up their VBS planning. We will also need to continue our
work on preparing the VBS crafts.

3. Once summer starts, your teams will need to meet separately to
finish up the VBS planning and to practice your skits, songs, etc.

4. We will schedule one or two group meetings during the summer.
Watch the blog and your email for these dates.

5. Plan to be in church on July 13 for the church Mexico trip
send-off.

Milwaukee Team- Your final payments were due May 18! All forms are now due also.
Please put these dates on your calendars:
June 8 - church send-off during the 9:45 and 11:05 services. Please
plan to be there for both services. You will be excused to
Sunday School following the 9:45 service send-off.
June 10 - 6:00-7:00 pm. Family potluck. Pastor Brian will be here to
meet all of you and give you the final trip details. (Note the
date change.)
June 15 -9:00 am. - leave for Milwaukee!!! (Note the time change.)
We will load the church vans in the back (new) parking lot.

Remember: All of your belongings - that is, clothes, towels, toiletries,
sleeping bag, air mattress, pillow, etc need to fit into the blue
duffle bag. You can also bring a small backpack.
Check the packing list for details about what you should and
should not pack.
